- Accessible Anytime. Redemptions, reservations, balance inquiries, applications for missing Points can be done at hertz.com, or by calling 1-800-CAR-GOLD.
- Points for Insurance Replacement Rentals. Just make sure Gold Plus Rewards is added to your #1 Club profile and request a Hertz rental from your insurer and you earn Points on the total cost of the rental, regardless of the portion paid by your insurance company.*
How to Earn Gold Plus Rewards Points:
- It's simple. To receive Gold Plus Rewards on every rental:
- On-Line: Edit your "Membership Details" when you log in to your account on Hertz.com and mark "Add Gold Plus Rewards"
- Through your Travel Agent: Ask your travel agent to add "ZE1" to your profile.
- By Phone: Call 1-800-CAR-GOLD and as that Gold Plus Rewards be added to your profile.
- Then, once you rent a car, the points will be added to your account automatically
