Procurement Organization - Hertz

Procurement Organization

On February 1st, 2023, Hertz moved to Oracle’s newest cloud-based platform for Financials, Supply Chain and Human Capital Management (HCM). This provides a modern, strategic, and updated application with compelling benefits to Hertz employees and our Supplier Partners.

This transition enables the use of new tools, process, and capabilities to provide a more seamless user experience for our employees, managers, and suppliers.

What Does This Mean for Our Supplier Partners?
  • Our North American suppliers, who currently have view access on iSupplier, still have the same capabilities on the Oracle Cloud Supplier Portal
  • In addition to viewing capabilities, our EMEA and APAC suppliers are now able to make password updates, manage POs, and submit change requests

Note that your iSupplier access has been discontinued as part of this transition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and value our partnership with you.

As a former iSupplier user, you have access to the new Hertz Supplier Portal link (here: Oracle Cloud) as of February 1st.

See Special Announcements for how to access and navigate within Oracle Fusion.

About the Supplier Diversity Program

Hertz values the critical role of small, disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned businesses in the U.S. economy. Our Supplier Diversity Program's objective is to provide small, disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned businesses an opportunity to supply products and services supporting Hertz brands.

Hertz’s Supplier Diversity Program focuses on four pillars:

  • U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Aviation Administration’s Airport Concessions Disadvantage Business Enterprises program (ACDBE), which promotes advancement of ACDBEs through participation in airport contracting and concession opportunities;
  • The U.S Small Business Administration Subcontracting Plan requirements;
  • Delivering value to our business partners; and
  • Hertz’s overall commitment to corporate social responsibility.

We are a member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council and many of its local affiliate councils throughout the U.S. In support of our extensive presence at airports, we are also members of the Airport Minority Advisory Council.

If you are a diverse business or an ACDBE-certified business and you’re interested in working with Hertz, we invite you to complete our ACDBE Data Sheet. You may also email us at

Classifications of Small and Diverse Business Enterprises

To qualify as a diverse business, the enterprise must be at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by one or more individuals who are presumed to be socially or economically disadvantaged, such as minorities, women, veterans, or LGBT, and who are U.S. citizens. Hertz uses the following basic classifications as well as ACDBE Certification Status to determine if business enterprises are eligible for our Supplier Diversity Program:

  • Minority-owned business: A business that is owned by African Americans, Asian-Pacific Americans, Native Americans, or Hispanic Americans.
  • Women-owned business: A business that is owned by a woman or women from any of the minority groups listed above or non-minority women.
  • Veteran-owned business: A business that is owned by veterans or service-disabled veterans.
  • LGBT-owned business: A business that is owned by lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender individuals.
  • Small business: A manufacturing or mining industry business with no more than 500 employees, or a business in a non-manufacturing industry with $7.5 million in average annual receipts.
  • Disadvantaged business: A small business that is at least 51 percent owned by one or more disadvantaged persons. The disadvantaged person(s) must be socially and/or economically disadvantaged.
  • ACDBE Certified Business: Any of the above Disadvantaged Business Enterprises that is certified as ACDBE.

We encourage all of our diverse suppliers to obtain and maintain diverse business certifications from appropriate certifying authorities. We accept certifications from City, State, and Federal (ACDBE) authorities. Hertz encourages current and future suppliers to become locally and/or nationally certified, as appropriate based on the supplier’s ownership. Hertz can provide assistance in completing certification forms, if requested.
