Brian MacDonald
Interim Chief Executive Officer, The Hertz Corporation and
President & Chief Executive Officer, Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation
Brian P. MacDonald is Interim Chief Executive Officer of The Hertz Corporation and President & Chief Executive Officer of Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation (HERC). He is based out of Hertz’s Worldwide Headquarters located in Naples, Florida.
Mr. MacDonald most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ETP Holdco Corp., an entity formed following Energy Transfer Partners’ $5.3 billion acquisition of Sunoco, Inc. in 2012, where Mr. MacDonald had served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer prior to ETP’s acquisition of Sunoco. Mr. MacDonald joined Sunoco in 2009 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure with Sunoco, the Company undertook a substantial restructuring to strengthen and transform the organization and better position it for growth. Sunoco exited unprofitable operations, significantly reduced costs, improved efficiencies, and refocused on established high-return businesses.
Prior to Sunoco, Mr. MacDonald worked at Dell, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer of the Large Enterprise Business Unit, overseeing all aspects of its financial management. Before becoming the unit’s CFO in 2008, he served as Dell’s corporate Vice President and Treasurer. In this role, Mr. MacDonald led Dell’s mergers and acquisitions organization and headed the Company’s global treasury group, with operations in the United States, Ireland and Singapore.
Prior to Dell, Mr. MacDonald served in several financial management roles at General Motors Corporation, including at Isuzu Motors Limited, a $12 billion Japanese public company that was 49 percent owned by General Motors at the time and Treasurer of GM Canada, a $28 billion operating subsidiary.
Mr. MacDonald serves on the boards of directors of Ally Financial, Inc. and CSC (formerly Computer Sciences Corporation). He earned a Bachelor of Science from Mount Allison University and received a Master’s in Business Administration from McGill University.
Tom Kennedy
Chief Financial Officer
Tom Kennedy is the Chief Financial Officer of Hertz Holdings and Hertz since December 2013. Previously, from 2008 - 2013, Mr. Kennedy served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hilton Worldwide, Inc. and, from 2003 - 2007, Mr. Kennedy was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Vanguard Car Rental Group (National Car Rental and Alamo Rent-A-Car brands). Prior to Vanguard, from 1992 - 2003, Mr. Kennedy worked for Northwest Airlines, Inc. Mr. Kennedy holds a BA degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from Tulane University and an MBA from Harvard University.
Michel Taride
Executive Vice President and President, Hertz International
Mr. Taride has served as the Group President, Rent A Car International since January 2010. Mr. Taride has served as the Executive Vice President and President, Hertz Europe Limited, of Hertz since January 2004 and as Executive Vice President and President, Hertz Europe Limited, of Hertz Holdings since June 2006 until December 2009. From January 2003 until December 2003, he served as Vice President and President, Hertz Europe Limited. From April 2000 until December 2002, he served as Vice President and General Manager, Rent A Car, Hertz Europe Limited. From July 1998 to March 2000, he was General Manager, Rent A Car France and HERC Europe. Previously, he served in various other operating positions in Europe from 1980 to 1983 and from 1985 to 1998.
Richard Broome
Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Communications
Mr. Broome has served as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Communications of Hertz Holdings and Hertz since March 2008. Previously, Mr. Broome served as Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Communications of Hertz Holdings and Hertz from August 2000 to March 2008. From March 1996 to August 2000, Mr. Broome served as Vice President, Government Affairs and Communications for Selective Insurance Company, Inc. and from January 1987 to March 1996 as Counsel, Legal Affairs, of Aetna Life and Casualty. Prior to that, Mr. Broome served in government affairs roles for The Travelers Insurance Group and the Connecticut Business and Industry Association.
David Trimm
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Mr. Trimm joined Hertz in 2001 having previously worked for Hilton International as Global Systems Development Director, and having held management positions within Coca Cola, Clarks Shoes and a brief period with his own company. He has worked in various positions at Hertz including as VP Business Systems for Hertz Europe Ltd, Business Systems Director for Hertz Lease Europe, and as VP for Rent-a-Car IT Systems where he had responsibility for global applications including hertz.com. Since August 2012 Mr. Trimm held the position of Senior VP Business Transformation Projects which included the global redesign of the Hertz brand. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and CIO effective November 1, 2013 and is now responsible for Hertz information technology and business systems globally. He is based in Park Ridge, NJ, is a graduate of Imperial College, London with a Masters degree in Engineering and is an associate of the City of Guilds of London Institute.
Robin C. Kramer
Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Robin Kramer is Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for The Hertz Corporation. She is based at the company’s Worldwide Headquarters in Naples, Florida.
As Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Ms. Kramer is responsible for all accounting functions including financial reporting, the corporate controllership function, accounting transactional processing, financial information systems, accounting policies and research, and internal controls, and support of the global businesses, tax, risk management and the corporate financial planning and analysis functions.
Prior to joining Hertz in 2014, Ms. Kramer was an audit partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP for over six years, where she acquired extensive practice with audit engagements of global SEC registrant companies. She also served in Deloitte’s National Office Accounting Standards and Communications Group from 2007 to 2010. Ms. Kramer served as Chief Accounting Officer at Fisher Scientific International and held the role of Director, External Reporting and Controls at The Gillette Company. Ms. Kramer also held partner positions in the public accounting firms of Ernst & Young LLP, and Arthur Andersen LLP.
Ms. Kramer earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Salem State College in Massachusetts. Ms. Kramer is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut. She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, the AICPA, and is a Board Member and Secretary for the Massachusetts State Board of Accountancy.

Robert J. Stuart
Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing
Bob Stuart is the Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for The Hertz Corporation. Mr. Stuart joined Hertz in December 2007 and is based out of Naples, FL.
Mr. Stuart overseas worldwide sales programs for business, leisure and travel industry outlets as well as partnership sales including airline, hotel and online partnerships for car rental brands Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty and Firefly. He is also responsible for worldwide marketing functions, including branding and innovation, partnership marketing and customer relationship management. His responsibility extends to Hertz on Demand, the company’s hourly car-sharing product, as well as Sales and Marketing for Hertz Equipment Rental, one of the world’s largest equipment rental companies, and Donlen, a Hertz subsidiary focusing on fleet management.
Mr. Stuart came to Hertz from GE where he served in various senior level Sales and Marketing positions that touched all major consumer segments ranging from retail to large commercial accounts. Mr. Stuart last served as General Manager, Consumer Lighting and Electrical Distribution Sales, and before that, as General Manager of Consumer Marketing and General Manager, Business Development Sales and Marketing for GE’s lighting business. Prior to joining GE in 2000, Mr. Stuart held senior Sales and Marketing positions at Halex and Philips Lighting Companies.
Mr. Stuart holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Jeffrey Zimmerman
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Zimmerman has served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Hertz Holdings and Hertz since December 2007. Mr. Zimmerman also oversees the Real Estate and Concessions function since December 2010. Prior to joining Hertz Holdings and Hertz, Mr. Zimmerman served Tenneco Inc. in various positions from January 2000 through November 2007, most recently as Vice President, Law. Prior to joining Tenneco, Mr. Zimmerman was engaged in the private practice of law from August 1984 to December 1999, most recently as a partner in the law firm of Jenner & Block.
Tom Callahan
President, Donlen Corporation
Tom Callahan has served as the President of Donlen Corporation since January 2013. Mr. Callahan succeeds Gary Rappeport, the former CEO of Donlen, who retired on December 31, 2012, as the principal executive officer of Donlen. Mr. Callahan served, in addition to President of Donlen, as Chief Operating Officer of Donlen since September 2008. Prior to being named Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Callahan served as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of various aspects of operations at Donlen since 2006. Before Donlen, Mr. Callahan held various senior level sales and marketing positions with GE Capital from 1987 to 2006, including Managing Director of Sales Finance in London, President and Managing Director at GE Fleet Services in Melbourne and Chief Commercial Officer of GE Fleet Services in Tokyo. Previous to GE Capital, Mr. Callahan worked in various sales and management roles with the Ford Motor Company.
Scott Massengill
Senior Vice President and Treasurer
Mr. Massengill has served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Hertz Holdings and Hertz since July 2008. Prior to joining Hertz Holdings and Hertz, Mr. Massengill served as Chief Financial Officer for the $2 billion domestic residential heating and air conditioning business division of Trane Inc. (formerly American Standard Companies Inc.) from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Treasurer at American Standard from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Massengill has also held management level financial positions at Bristol‑Myers Squibb, AlliedSignal and Exxon.
Todd Poste
Executive Vice President, Supply Chain and Fleet
Mr. Poste has served as Exec Vice President, Supply Chain and Fleet of Hertz Holdings and Hertz since March 2010. Prior to joining Hertz Holdings and Hertz, Mr. Poste served as Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain for Ingersoll Rand, Inc., Compressor Manufacturing from November 2008 through January 2010 and Vice President of Supply Chain from April 2006 through November 2008. Prior to Ingersoll Rand's acquisition of Trane Inc., Mr. Poste held a number of increasing responsibilities at Trane Inc. from October 2000 through 2006. Mr. Poste has also worked for Honeywell for seven years through 1993 to 2000, Englehard Corp. from 1991 through 1993 and Chrysler Canada Ltd. from 1986 through 2001.
Darren Arrington
Senior Vice President, North America Fleet Management
Mr. Arrington has served as Senior Vice President, North America Fleet Management of Hertz Holdings and Hertz since October 2013. Mr. Arrington joined Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group in 2000, which was acquired by The Hertz Corporation in 2012. He began in Revenue Management with Dollar Thrifty before moving into the Fleet department in 2007 as the company centralized fleet planning, coinciding with pricing centralization. In 2011, Mr. Arrington was promoted to Staff Vice President of Fleet. His background in Revenue Management and his subsequent transition into Fleet helped establish a high degree of interaction between the demand side of the business with the fleet planning aspects. In 2013, following Hertz’s acquisition of Dollar Thrifty, Mr. Arrington took over the company’s pricing function as Vice President of Revenue Management, North America. Later in 2013, he stepped back into the Fleet function with his current role as Senior Vice President, North America Fleet Management where he has responsibilities for Fleet Planning, Fleet Procurement and Car Sales.
Joe Colavecchia
Senior Vice President, Revenue Management and Pricing Processes
Mr. Colavecchia has served as Senior Vice President, Revenue Management and Pricing Processes of Hertz Holdings and Hertz since October 2013. He began his career in the car rental industry with Enterprise as a location manager in 1993. In 1996, Mr. Colavecchia joined Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group as an auditor, which was acquired by The Hertz Corporation in 2012. He later became a controller with Dollar Thrifty on the west coast before moving to the Tulsa corporate offices in 2008 to join the Revenue Management department. In 2011, he was promoted to Staff Vice President of Revenue Management. In 2013, following Hertz’s acquisition of Dollar Thrifty, Mr. Colavecchia was named Vice President, Global Revenue Management Processes and Systems, and later that year took on his current role where he oversees the Pricing/Revenue Management function for the company and each of its brands.
